Shipping & Orders

1. Where do you ship to?

We currently only order to the United States.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link to follow your package’s journey. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for the carrier to update the tracking details.

3. Can I change my shipping address?

Yes! please email info@sunnysidepup.store with the correct address, but do this as soon as possible. Once an order status says Being Fulfilled the shipping address cannot be changed.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible at info@sunnysidepup.store and we can help with any changes or cancellations.

Payments

1. What payments do you accept?

Sunny Side Pup accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and all other major credit and debit cards. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay as well as PayPal. We do not accept cash or checks.

Donations

1. How does Sunny Side Pup support animal shelters?

Every month, Sunny Side Pup donates a portion of sales to animal shelters across the United States to support their efforts in rescuing, caring for, and finding loving homes for pets. As a small business, we currently donate on a variable basis, but as we grow, we aim to establish a set percentage of our profits for donations.

2. How do I suggest an animal shelter/rescue?

If you know of a great animal shelter that could use some extra support, we’d love to hear from you! Please email us at info@sunnysidepup.store
