At Sunny Side Pup, we’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via standard shipping, and transit times may vary depending on your location and also during seasonal periods.

Please note that once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for missing packages as this is beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local postal carrier or neighbors if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it.

At Sunny Side Pup, each of our products is made to order, just for you! Due to the custom nature of our items, we currently cannot accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to double-check our size charts before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit for you and your pup. If you have any questions about sizing or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at info@sunnysidepup.store

However, if there is an issue with the print or quality of your product, we want to make it right! Please email us a photo of the problem at info@sunnysidepup.store, and we’ll promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent your way.
